In light of these challenging times, we’ve given our Mobile customers more time to redeem their monthly 10% discount on groceries. Redeem your offer on one shop of your choice on any day of the month that is convenient to you.
The wellbeing of customers is our top priority, so we’ve introduced a number of measures to make sure we keep an appropriate distance from each other while shopping in-store. Prefer to shop online? Not a problem, our dedicated delivery windows make shopping virtually, hassle-free.
How to take advantage of the offer

Shop in-store or online. Choose if you want to redeem your 10% off. Keep in mind, you can only redeem it once a month.
Scan your Woolworths Rewards Card
Make sure that your Woolworths Rewards number is linked to your Woolworths Mobile account and scan or tap it during your purchase.
Select if you’d like to redeem the offer
Before you pay, you'll be asked if you want to apply your discount.
- If you’d like to apply it to your shop, select ‘yes'
- If you’d rather save it for another shop select ‘no’
Link your Woolworths Rewards Card
Make sure that your Woolworths Rewards number is linked to your Woolworths Mobile account and your Woolworths Online account.
- Once you're done shopping, you can choose to apply your discount by adding the promo code (which you will receive via email) during checkout
- If not, save your promo code for another shop during the offer period. Promocode: 10MAY

- Open your Woolworths Mobile app - download here
- Select 'My Details' from the slide out menu
- Tap on 'Woolworths Rewards' and link your account, by following the instructions on the screen

How will I know when the 10% discount promotion is on?
The 10% discount is available for the entire month.
You will be notified at POS or at checkout online when you scan your Rewards card that is linked to your Woolworths Mobile account.
We will also send an email notifying you of the offer a few days before the promotion starts if you have elected to receive marketing emails.
I did not receive my 10% discount, what do I do?
If you did not receive your 10% discount, you can chat with Olive.
You will need to provide the following information found on your shopping receipt.
This will help us look into why you did not receive the discount

° An up to 10% discount will be applied to eligible Woolworths Mobile customers (Customers) who meet the following conditions:
1. 18 years old and over
2. active with Woolworths Mobile for more than 60 days
3. have recharged pre-paid mobile plans before credit expiry or kept payments up to date on active post-paid mobile plans;
4. have registered with a Woolworths Rewards card linked to the Woolworths Mobile account at least 45 days prior to making the purchase:
To be eligible for the online offer and to receive your online promo code you need to have opted in for marketing preferences at least two weeks prior to the offer start date.
1. at any Woolworths Supermarket between 12:01am (AEST/AEDT) of the selected Saturday and 11:59pm (AEST/AEDT) of the selected Sunday for that month; or
2. online at woolworths.com.au between 12:01am (AEST/AEDT) of the selected Friday and 11:59pm (AEST/AEDT) of the selected Sunday for that month (“the Offer Period”).
Dates of the Offer Period will be published at https://mobile.woolworths.com.au/offers/10-off-your-shop prior to commencement of the Offer Period. The offer excludes Tasmania and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Woolworths Credit Card holders and Woolworths Insurance policyholders eligible for “Get 10% off your shop once a month” offer are not eligible for additional “Get 10% off your shop once a month” offer with Woolworths Mobile.
This offer is limited to one transaction per customer and up to a value of eligible purchases of $500 in a single transaction (and therefore obtains the maximum saving of $50).
To be eligible for this offer, Customers must link their Woolworths Rewards account to their Woolworths Mobile account via the Woolworths Mobile app or by logging into My Account at https://mobile.woolworths.com.au/login. Limit of one Woolworths Rewards account may be linked to each Woolworths Mobile account.
The 10% off offer will only apply to one shop during the Offer Period. Eligible customers can choose one shop of their choice to apply the discount to during the Offer Period. Customers will be alerted by an on screen prompt at self-serve or asked by a team member when going through a register. Once the choice has been made to apply the discount, this decision cannot be reversed. To receive the 10% off offer in store, the Customer must scan their Woolworths Rewards card at checkout during the Offer Period and select yes please use my offer now. To receive the 10% off offer online, the Customer must place an order online during the Offer Period, enter their Woolworths Rewards card number into their online account and enter the promo code received via email before checkout at woolworths.com.au. Please note that the Terms and Conditions for Pick up orders and Home Delivery orders apply.
The 10% off offer excludes any vouchers or offers or Delivery Saver items, bag fee and crate service fee, internet cafes, purchases of smoking/tobacco products and accessories, Gift Cards (including iTunes), mobile recharge, Woolworths Mobile, travel cards and tickets, Carpet Care and lottery products. Bag fees and crate service fees apply for Pick up and Delivery orders.
This offer cannot be used with a Woolworths Online business account (i.e. an account with an ABN or Business Name).
