Woolworths Rewards points offer valid for new and approved Woolworths Mobile Medium (4GB) and Large (8GB) Phone Plan applications made with a registered Woolworths Rewards card between 12 June 2017 and 30 June 2017. Bonus points will be credited via 24 monthly instalments of 2000 points ($10 value) each. The initial instalment will be credited to the registered Woolworths Rewards account within 30 days after activation of the phone plan and each subsequent instalment will then be credited monthly across the remaining term of the phone plan. If the phone plan is terminated early prior to expiration for any reason or if the customer ceases to be a Woolworths Rewards member, then any bonus point instalments not already credited to the registered Woolworths Rewards account will be surrendered.
