Important changes for selected Phone Plan customers

To ensure all Woolworths Mobile customers are getting the best value, we are migrating customers on old phone plans to our new plans, which offer more data and additional features at the same or lower monthly fee.

From 20 September 2021, customers on the $30, $35, $50 and $70 Phone Plans will be migrated to our new Woolworths Mobile Phone Plans over a 30 day transition period. Impacted customers don’t need to do anything - this change will happen automatically. See details of each new Phone Plan below:

$50 plan

$35 plan

  • 40GB data
  • Unlimited calls & text (std national)
  • Unlimited calls to 22 international destinations
  • 300GB Data Bank
  • Data Gifting to other Woolworths Mobile plans

 $70 plan

 $35 plan
  • 40GB data
  • Unlimited calls & text (std national)
  • Unlimited calls to 22 international destinations
  • 300GB Data Bank
  • Data Gifting to other Woolworths Mobile plans
A discounted $50 plan where your current
monthly plan fee is less than $30:
 $25 plan
  • 20GB data
  • Unlimited calls & text (std national)
  • 300GB Data Bank
  • Data Gifting to other Woolworths Mobile plans
Note that this plan does not include international calls. However, you can add a $5 IDD add-on or PAYG extension via the Woolworths Mobile app or My Account page.


Important items to note:
  • The current discounts you may be receiving on your old plan will not apply to these new plans. However, most customers will save on their monthly phone bill, or pay the same, after this move.
  • If you wish to call destinations that are not included in the 22 selected international destinations, you can add one of our International & Other Add-ons via the Woolworths Mobile app or My Account page.
