Important changes to selected Pre-paid plans


 

Upcoming changes to our $10 Pre-paid plan

From 2nd June 2021, we will be updating our range of plans. If you have set up Auto-Recharge on your $10 Pre-paid plan you do not need to do anything and you can continue to use the service ongoing.

To continue using the $10 Pre-paid plan you must set up Auto-Recharge before 2nd June 2021. To set up Auto-Recharge, please follow the instructions below.

If you do not have Auto-Recharge set up or you cancel your Auto-Recharge on or after 2nd June 2021, you will no longer be able to recharge on the $10 Pre-paid plan (in store or online). Don’t worry, you will be able to use your service until your plan credit runs out on your current recharge.

Customers who have bought a $10 Starter Pack can activate on a $10 Pre-paid plan up until the end of October 2021, however must set up Auto-Recharge if they wish to continue on the $10 Pre-paid plan.

From 2nd June 2021, we will be updating our range of plans. If you have set up Auto-Recharge on your $50 Pre-paid or $60 Long Expiry plan you do not need to do anything and you can continue to use the service ongoing.

To continue using the $50 Pre-paid or $60 Long Expiry plan you must set up Auto-Recharge before 2nd June 2021. To set up Auto-Recharge, please follow the instructions below.

If you do not have Auto-Recharge set up or you cancel your Auto-Recharge on or after 2nd June 2021, you will no longer be able to recharge on the $50 Pre-paid or $60 Long Expiry plan (in store or online). Don’t worry, you will be able to use your service until your plan credit runs out on your current recharge.

You can always choose to manually recharge on one of our other 30 day Pre-paid plans or Long Expiry plans. 


Setting up or updating your Auto-recharge before 2nd June 2021

To set up Auto-Recharge via the Woolworths Mobile app, follow the below steps:

  1. Tap on ‘Setup Auto-Recharge’ on your Dashboard and ‘Yes’ to continue
  2. Select the plan you want to set up for Auto-Recharge
  3. Choose which credit or debit card you want to pay with
  4. Tap ‘Agree’ to the Future Payments Agreement
  5. Follow the prompts to pre-authorise $1 to verify your payment method
  6. Your Auto-Recharge has now been set up

To update your existing Auto-Recharge via the Woolworths Mobile app, follow the below steps:

  1. Tap on the pencil icon next to ‘Auto-Recharge’ on your Dashboard and ‘Change’ to continue
  2. Select the new plan you want to set up for Auto-Recharge
  3. Choose which credit or debit card you want to pay with
  4. Tap ‘Agree’ to the Future Payments Agreement
  5. Follow the prompts to pre-authorise $1 to verify your payment method
  6. Your Auto-Recharge has been updated to the new plan
