You can keep your existing mobile number, so you don’t have to spend the next few weeks trying to memorise a new one. How much unused data can I gift?
You can gift friends and family with up to 50% of your plan’s data inclusions (rounded up to the nearest GB) per usage period for Phone Plans.
Which mobile phone plans include international calls?

How can I check my data usage?
You can check your data usage by downloading the Woolworths Mobile App or calling Woolworths Customer Care. You will also receive an SMS usage alert when within 24 hours of reaching 50%, 85% or 100% of your Included Value calls and Data allowance.
How do I activate my new sim?
New customers will need the following for the activation of your mobile service: Your Woolworths Phone Plan SIM card or Woolworths Starter pack; a valid form of ID (Australian Drivers Licence, Australian Passport or International Passport); a credit or debit card to set up your monthly payments.
How do I pay my phone bill?
There are three ways to pay your bill: Auto Payment, Online - Visit the 'Pay Bill' option to pay by card, or BPAY - You can make a once off payment or schedule regular payments from your savings account using the BPAY. Read more Frequently Asked Questions.
