International Roaming with Woolworths Mobile

Keep your current number and stay connected with family and friends while you’re travelling overseas. Simply add International roaming to your existing phone plan.

What is international roaming and how does it work?

If you have a Woolworths Mobile SIM Only or Phone Plan, you can choose one of our Roaming Add-on options while you’re overseas. By adding international roaming to your plan, you’ll be able to make the most of your trip with online maps as well as travel and social media apps.

Pre-paid plans don’t currently offer roaming add-ons, but we’re always working on improving our features and benefits. We’ll update this page to let you know when roaming features become available for Pre-paid.

Did you know...

  • - All Woolworths Mobile Phone Plan & SIM Only customers can receive SMS when overseas without adding a Roaming add-on, when travelling in one of the Eligible Countries.
  • - To send an SMS, make calls or use data (not on WiFi) you'll need to purchase one of the 3 add-ons ( 5, 10 or 15).
  • - If you already have the Woolworths Mobile app on your phone, you can purchase an add-on at any time.

How to add international Roaming to your Woolworths Mobile plan

  • - Simply add one of our three International Roaming add-ons by logging in to My Account or the Woolworths Mobile app and selecting Add-ons.
  • - Your international data roaming add-on will start the day after you purchase the add-on (from midnight on the day of purchase AEST). This means you will have 5, 10 or 15 full days to use that add on.
  • - The charge for the International Roaming add-on will be detailed on your next bill and in My Account.
  • - You can view your detailed usage via the Woolworths Mobile App or My Account portal.

>> Free Family Zone Protect for 1 user, 2 devices is for eligible new and recontracting Woolworths Mobile customers from 21 Jan 19 (RRP $1.94 per month). Customer moved to Family Zone Insight at the end of 12 months period (no subscription fee) unless terminated by the subscriber, with option to subscribe to Family Zone Protect at cost at time of subscription. To maintain free Family Zone Protect for the period, the Pre-paid plan must be recharged prior to credit expiry or your Postpaid payments must be kept up to date. Customers will receive a registration email from Family Zone for Family Zone Protect within 48 hours of activating their Woolworths Mobile service.
