Planned System Maintenance

Due to planned system maintenance customers will be unable to process signups, activations, recharges and log in to My Account and Mobile App between 10pm on Monday 13th May and 6am on Tuesday 14th May (AEST). Please recharge by 10pm (AEST) if your plan is due to expire on Monday 13th May. Auto-recharges will be processed between 4pm and 8pm on Monday 13th May.
