My plan isn’t finished yet, can I still recontact?
Yes, simply pay out the amount owing on your phone and the charges on your plan. For more information, login to My Account and click 'Upgrade Options.’
Can I add the remaining costs of my old plan to the new contract?
No, all costs and charges incurred on the old plan must be paid out in full first.
Do I have to upgrade my phone?
You can keep your smartphone and upgrade the plan to take advantage of the latest inclusions. If you are looking to change your plan simply log in to the My Account portal or Woolworths Mobile App, select 'Options' then 'Change Plan' to see your available options.
Can I upgrade the plan and my phone at a later date?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. You will need to pay out any remaining amount owing on your phone and the charges on your plan when you upgrade.
If I recontract, will my billing change?
Your billing date won’t change but your next bill will show you the adjustments. If you are recontracting on a date that is no your current Inclusions Reset Date, then this date may change. Can I track my mobile phone order?
For Device or SIM Only Plans, you will receive a Consignment number through email. Click here to enter this the Consignment number into the Startrack website to track your order. For Prepaid Starter Packs, your order is being delivered on a non-trackable service and can take up to 10 business days to arrive.
How do I update the password for my Woolworths Mobile online account?
Simply login to the Woolworths Mobile app, tap on the 'Options' tab on the bottom right and select 'Change Password'. Alternatively, login to the My Account Portal, click on the drop down arrow next to your name in the top right corner and select 'Settings' to change your password.
If you've forgotten your password, simply click here, then click on Forgotten password then follow the prompts.

Who can accept delivery of a new handset order?
