When we built the Woolworths Mobile App our goal was to make it easy to track your data, keep on top of your account balance and manage your account. The app is zero-rated, which means it doesn't use any of your data, and you can access it even if your pre paid data has run out. Activate a Postpaid service. All done in 1 step by using your phone's camera to scan the barcode on the SIM Setup or disable your voicemail
You'll need to purchase a SIM Only or Flexi Plan via our website first. Once you receive the SIM, you can download the app and log in. On the "Select Service" screen you'll see the number that you need to activate. Tap on that number and can scan the barcode using the camera which starts the activation process.
