Manage your phone from anywhere with the Woolworths Mobile App

How do you keep track of your mobile phone usage? If you’ve ever had to search through your email trying to find phone bills from previous months or run out of credit and needed to recharge on the go, you’ll appreciate just how handy mobile phone apps can be.

When we built the Woolworths Mobile App our goal was to make it easy to track your data, keep on top of your account balance and manage your account. The app is zero-rated, which means it doesn't use any of your data, and you can access it even if your pre paid data has run out. Here are our customers’ top (and most useful) features of our free mobile app. 
 

Account Overview

  • Get an overview of your phone plan including your start and end date
  • See how many days are left in the billing cycle and how much data you have remaining
  • View your pre-paid account details which shows you your remaining data
  • See the Woolworths rewards points you’ve earned from your Woolworths mobile plan
     

Manage your account

  • Activate a Postpaid service. All done in 1 step by using your phone's camera to scan the barcode on the SIM Setup or disable your voicemail

    You'll need to purchase a SIM Only or Flexi Plan via our website first. Once you receive the SIM, you can download the app and log in.  On the "Select Service"    screen you'll see the number that you need to activate.  Tap on that number and can scan the barcode using the camera which starts the activation process.

Update your details

  • No need to call the call centre. You can easily update your address details & contact phone number
  • Add your Woolworths Rewards number

Woolworths Mobile Widget

  • Our widget lets you quickly see your balances at a glance without having to open the app. It’s available for both Android and iOS

    For Android (this can vary depending on your device)

  • - Start out by long-pressing a blank, available space on your home screen — not on an icon or the app launcher. Just hold your finger down on the screen.
    - Touch the Widgets option from the menu that pops up
    - Swipe through the available Widgets and locate Woolworths Mobile. Tap on this and add to your homescreen.

  • For iOS (steps from Apple's website)
  • - You can add and remove widgets and even reorder them so your favorite ones are at the top.
  • - Swipe right over the Home screen or Lock screen.
  • - Scroll to the bottom and tap Edit.
  • - To add a widget, tap . To remove a widget, tap . To reorder your widgets, touch and hold  next to the apps and drag them in the order that you want.
  • - To finish, tap Done.
